Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: PermanentSalary: AED 6,000 per monthIndustry: Automotive / Electric VehiclesWe are looking for an experienced Electric Vehicle Technician with strong hands-on expertise in EV and hybrid vehicle diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repair.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repair of electric and hybrid vehicles.Diagnose faults in high-voltage electrical systems, EV batteries, electric motors, inverters, converters, and charging systems.Use diagnostic tools and testing equipment to identify electrical and electronic faults.Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and replace defective EV components.Perform high-voltage battery inspection, testing, isolation, and maintenance in line with safety procedures.Diagnose and repair AC/DC charging systems and charging-related faults.Troubleshoot vehicle electrical systems, including wiring, sensors, ECUs/control modules, CAN bus, and electronic systems.Carry out preventive maintenance and ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards.Maintain accurate service and repair records.Follow workshop safety standards and high-voltage EV safety procedures.Candidate RequirementsRelevant technical qualification in Automotive, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.Hands-on experience servicing and repairing electric or hybrid vehicles.Strong knowledge of HV battery systems, electric motors, inverters, converters, and charging systems.Experience using automotive diagnostic tools and scanners.Good understanding of CAN bus, sensors, wiring diagrams, and vehicle electronic control systems.Knowledge of EV high-voltage safety procedures.Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.Ability to work independently in a workshop environment.Key SkillsElectric Vehicle Maintenance | EV Diagnostics | Hybrid Vehicle Repair | High Voltage Systems | HV Battery Systems | Battery Diagnostics | Electric Motors | Inverters | Converters | AC Charging | DC Charging | Charging Systems | Automotive Electrical Systems | CAN Bus | ECU Diagnostics | Sensors | Wiring Diagrams | Automotive Troubleshooting | Diagnostic Tools | Preventive Maintenance | Automotive Electronics | Mechatronics | EV Safety | High Voltage Safety | Vehicle Repair
