Job DescriptionTo provide the required supervision and leadership to the electrical & electromechanical team: supervisors and technicians.To develop and deliver the asset management plans and preventive maintenance programs in accordance with RFP (SFG20) requirements.Ensure the team's immediate response, proper action, complete reporting, and on-time feedback to unscheduled, emergency, and all service requests in accordance with the SLA response and resolution time.To be experienced in providing high-quality maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting of all electrical & electromechanical assets.Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, ensuring, and submitting all the required deliverables listed in the KPI of electrical & electromechanical systems/assets.Develop and prepare all periodic progress, technical, and innovation reports, as required.Manage & apply the annual training plan of the electrical & electromechanical staff under his jurisdiction, covering the technical aspects & Trade skills training.Proactively manage and take ownership of issues. Seek equitable and creative solutions to problems.Communicate effectively with the technical team and project stakeholders and ensure coordination with the site team to enhance daily coordination.Responsible for providing reports on asset life cycle analysis, asset condition, Assessment reports, assets availability reports.Responsible for providing technical assessment reports (RCA) during asset breakdowns & provide technical recommendations.To act as an ambassador for safety within the team and to promote safe working across the site.To support supervisors and technicians by motivating, providing knowledge and hands-on experience.To develop and maintain a good working relationship across all levels in the organization.Ability to provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance.Ensuring that all electrical & electromechanical assets and equipment are running smoothly and reliably in his assigned area.Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation for all site activities.Performing facility inspections to ensure the smooth operation and safety precautions are being followed.Performing preventive maintenance and repair work on assets, equipment, tools, and other items used inside the facility.Evaluating possible causes of asset failures and taking corrective action where needed.Coordinate and perform the scheduled maintenance activities for all electrical & electromechanical assets in full coordination with the airport stakeholders.To monitor the daily & monthly & yearly consumption of consumables and spare parts. Besides preparing the periodic materials replenishment plans and material requisitions of the needed spare parts & consumables, in order to fulfill the site operation requirements for the preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.Responsible for generating & submitting the CAFM (MAXIMO) daily report for his assigned location, to implement the proper actions, to achieve the best KPI result in terms of PM’s and CMs accordingly.Responsible for fulfilling all the above-listed & contractual responsibilities/requirements but not limited to fulfilling additional requirements upon management directions within the field of his expertise/job responsibilities.QualificationsBachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering.Facility management certification is required.In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations.Have a minimum of 10 to 12 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, good managerial, planning & organizing, hardworking, and teamwork skills.Good command of English and ideally knowledge of Arabic.Deep knowledge of asset management systems; previous expertise in using CAFM system tools.Good knowledge of safety management system, quality management systems.
