Electrical BIM Modeler

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.Prepare electrical layouts, shop drawings, and detailed construction drawings.Work on lighting, power, small power, containment, and cable tray layouts.Coordinate electrical services with HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and other disciplines.Identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks.Prepare coordinated drawings, sections, schedules, and details.Ensure models and drawings comply with project specifications and relevant standards.Coordinate with design, drafting, and site teams.Revise models and drawings based on consultant and client comments.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.3–6 years of experience in electrical BIM modelling and design.Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination.Good understanding of electrical systems and building services.Experience in UAE projects is an advantage.Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
