The firm emphasizes technical excellence, collaboration, and quality-driven solutions to meet evolving client and regulatory requirements.Role Description The Electrical Designer will work on-site in Dammam in a full-time capacity, supporting the design and coordination of electrical systems for building and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include developing detailed electrical drawings and layouts, preparing single-line diagrams, load calculations, and panel schedules, and ensuring designs comply with relevant codes and standards. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to integrate electrical designs with other disciplines, reviewing shop drawings and material submittals, and assisting in resolving technical issues during construction. The Electrical Designer will also support value engineering, participate in design reviews, and contribute to accurate documentation for project tenders and execution.Qualifications Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, Electricity, and core Electrical Design principles.Experience with Power Distribution, low- and medium-voltage systems, and related protection schemes.Knowledge of Power Systems analysis, load flow, short-circuit studies, and system reliability considerations.Proficiency in relevant design software and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).Familiarity with international and local electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, Saudi standards).Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.Strong technical documentation skills and attention to detail in drawings and calculations.Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Previous experience in consultancy or construction environments in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region is an advantage.Professional certifications or ongoing professional development in electrical design or engineering are beneficial.
