Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day technical and operational activities.Assist with installation, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of systems/equipment as applicable.Support IT systems, hardware, software or technical infrastructure based on assigned function.Assist engineers and technical teams with projects and documentation.Prepare basic reports, records and technical documentation.Identify and escalate technical issues to the relevant team.Follow company procedures, quality standards and HSE requirements.Participate in technical training and development programs.Perform other technical support activities as assigned.RequirementsDiploma/Bachelor’s degree in:Information Technology (IT)Computer ScienceElectrical EngineeringElectronics EngineeringElectrical & Electronics EngineeringComputer Engineering or related fieldFresh graduates / 0–2 years of experience.Basic technical and computer knowledge.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Willingness to learn and work in a technical/operational environment.Proficiency in English.Immediate/short-notice availability preferred.
