The company also offers comprehensive training programs to help clients maximize their technologies while maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in the Riyadh Region. The Electrical Engineer will design, review, and optimize electrical systems for cleanrooms, biosafety laboratories, and controlled environments, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and accreditation requirements. Daily tasks include preparing electrical drawings and specifications, supporting power distribution and power systems design, and coordinating with mechanical and biosafety engineering teams to integrate electrical solutions into overall project designs. The role involves overseeing installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting electrical infrastructure and equipment to ensure reliability, safety, and performance. The Electrical Engineer will also collaborate with clients, vendors, and partners, contribute to technical documentation, and support training initiatives related to electrical systems and safety.Qualifications* Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.* A minimum of 10 years of total professional experience, including at least 5 years in the Technical Office of a contracting company.* Hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) in a contracting company.* Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering and Electrical Systems, with a solid understanding of industry standards and safety practices.* Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design and Power Distribution for cleanrooms, laboratories, and controlled environments.* Candidates should possess skills in Power Systems, including analysis, load calculations, and integration with backup and safety systems.* Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical projects is highly preferred.* Experience in building services, industrial facilities, or healthcare and laboratory environments is preferred.* Ability to read and develop engineering drawings, use relevant design software, and prepare clear technical reports.* Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work on-site and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.* Knowledge of international electrical and safety standards, with familiarity with accreditation and regulatory requirements, is an advantage.
