Checking of MEP Operation on Daily Basis for smooth operation. Preparing MEP Reports (Daily/Monthly/ Quarterly/Yearly). Preparing Schedule for Daily MEP Work. Record Keeping (PPM Reports, Schedules and Third-Party Inspection Certificates). Minimize operation related comments by Third Party. Supporting BMMS Team for Inspections. Project Handing Over Documents Preperation and Follow Up. Maintenance & TroubleshootingPerform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems such as MCC panels, MDB/SMDBs, UPS, lighting networks, motors, pumps, and automation components. Diagnose system faults and implement technical solutions with minimum downtime. Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and asset history records.
