Technical Support Tasks for AMI, EVCS, BESS & Submetering:1. Provide technical presentation and lead technical discussions related to company’s SmartMetering, Communication Systems & Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI).2. Provide technical presentation and lead technical discussions related to company’s BatteryEnergy Storage Systems (BESS) and Smart Microgrid Design Services.3. Provide technical presentation and lead technical discussions related to company’s ElectricVehicle Charging Stations (EVCS) products and services.4. Provide technical presentation and lead technical discussions related to company’s SmartSubmetering Services and products.5. Provide after-sales customer support and technical trainings for all company’s products andservices, including but not limited to AMI, BESS, EVCS & Submetering services.Field Support Tasks for AMI, EVCS, BESS & Submetering:1. Support Customer’s roll-out activities (e.g. installation planning, config, program & trouble shooting).2. Develop and deliver pilot activities including data capture, data analysis and associated reporting.bal communication3. Provide online & phone support to customers on metering and communication products. 4. Provide online and phone support on ancillary software, such as HHU and PC Emulation Software.5. Assist with the design and delivery of training programs for customers (instruction material, presentations and on-site delivery).Test/Verification Tasks for AMI, EVCS, BESS & Submetering:1. Development of functional and parametric test plans based on customer specifications and requirements.2. Setup and maintenance of required test platforms for functional and parametric testing.3. Implementation and execution of required test plans under close supervision of customer engineers and representatives at customers’ location of choice.4. Compilation of test reports based on customer requirements and secure their validation and approval.5. Verification of metering and communication prototypes and support for productcertifications.
