Department: Electrical Operations & MaintenanceReports To: Regional Project ManagerJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Electrical Engineer to lead the Electrical Operations & Maintenance function for a large-scale project, managing a department of approximately 140 personnel.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a large electrical team, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.Manage electrical O&M, PPM/CM, emergency response, and daily maintenance activities.Plan and monitor manpower, maintenance schedules, KPIs, budgets, and work performance.Oversee electrical systems including LV/MV switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, ATS, MDBs and DBs.Manage contractors, vendors, procurement, materials, and maintenance resources.Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEC, IEEE, HSE, and Saudi regulations.Manage CAFM/CMMS systems, technical documentation, reports, and maintenance records.Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical services.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.8+ years of relevant electrical O&M experience.Proven experience managing large teams, preferably 100+ personnel.Strong experience in large-scale facilities, projects, hospitals, or residential/commercial facilities.Strong knowledge of PPM/CM, electrical systems, NFPA, NEC, and safety requirements.Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.Saudi/GCC experience is preferred.
