Job Description

Follow up and coordinate day-to-day project activities and site progress.Coordinate with customers, project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.Follow up on material, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.Monitor project schedules, commitments, and action items to ensure timely completion.Follow up with customers and stakeholders to obtain approvals, access, information, and required actions.Prepare and maintain project progress reports, trackers, meeting minutes, and documentation.Identify delays or pending issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.Support the Project Manager in overall project coordination and customer communication.Basic technical understanding of UPS, DC systems, batteries, BMS, or critical infrastructure is preferred, but the role is not primarily technical.Required Qualifications:Saudi National – Male or Female.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Telecom Engineering.2–3 years of relevant project coordination/follow-up experience.Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and reporting skills.Ability to deal with customers and multiple stakeholders.Experience in STC, telecom, data center, or critical infrastructure projects is an advantage.Good command of English and good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.Ability to manage multiple activities and follow up until closure.
