Candidates will be considered for the position that best aligns with their experience, technical capabilities, professional registrations, and demonstrated leadership abilities.Minimum RequirementsBachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related Engineering discipline.Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a design engineering, consulting engineering, utility engineering, industrial engineering, or closely related technical role.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.Willingness to perform field walks, site investigations, and engineering evaluations at client facilities.Ability to travel periodically in support of project meetings, field investigations, construction support, testing, startup, and commissioning activities.Preferred QualificationsMaster of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or related Engineering discipline.Professional Engineer (PE) License strongly preferred.Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is highly desirable for early-career candidates.Additional certifications such as PMP, PMI-related credentials, NFPA certifications, or other relevant industry certifications are considered a plus.Preferred Software ExperienceExperience with one or more of the following software packages is desirable.
