Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

Review and approve electrical design drawings, load calculations, and technical specifications.Coordinate with consultants to ensure compliance with local authority regulations and international standards.Participate in value engineering to optimize cost without compromising quality.Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.Supervise on-site electrical works including power distribution, lighting systems, ELV systems, fire alarm, and grounding systems.Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project timelines.Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and architectural teams to avoid conflicts.Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldStrong problem solving, technical, math and science skillsStrong written and verbal communicationexperience in real estate projects+6 years experience in same filed.
