Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, panels, generators, UPS systems, lighting, and other related assets.Monitor maintenance activities and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and within the required timeframe.Review electrical issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions.Prepare and review maintenance reports, inspection records, and technical documentation.Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives to ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities.Monitor the condition and performance of electrical equipment and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, applicable codes, standards, and HSE requirements.Support planning and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.Follow up on work orders, breakdowns, and maintenance requests and ensure timely closure.Assist in managing spare parts, materials, and tools required for electrical maintenance.Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning, and technical assessments when required.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 10 years of experience.Previous experience in Facility Management is a must with at least 5 years in similar role.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.Good knowledge of HSE requirements and electrical safety standards.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple maintenance activities and work effectively under pressure.
