The company emphasizes safety, sustainability, and innovation, striving to exceed client expectations at every stage of the project lifecycle.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Electrical Engineer will design, review, and optimize electrical systems and layouts for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing technical drawings and specifications, performing load calculations, and supporting power distribution and power system designs. The role involves coordinating with internal engineering disciplines, contractors, and suppliers, attending site visits, and providing technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning. The Electrical Engineer will also contribute to project planning, cost estimation, and documentation, while supporting safety, sustainability, and quality objectives across all phases of project delivery.Qualifications Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, with solid knowledge of Electricity principles and applicable codes and standards.Proficiency in Electrical Design, including preparation of schematics, layouts, and technical documentation.Experience with Power Distribution systems, including panel schedules, cable sizing, and protection coordination.Understanding of Power Systems analysis, including load flow, short-circuit studies, and system reliability considerations.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.Experience in engineering and contracting environments, preferably in building or infrastructure projects.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and tender documents.Proficiency with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar), and MS Office tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and safety.Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment and interact with clients and site personnel.
