The company offers a professional environment where engineering talent can contribute to complex projects and grow their expertise.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in our headquarters in Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates. The Electrical Engineer will design and review electrical systems for building and infrastructure projects, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems in coordination with civil, architectural, and MEP teams. Daily responsibilities include preparing design calculations, drawings, and specifications; performing technical evaluations; and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements. The role involves collaborating with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to support installation, testing, and commissioning activities, as well as troubleshooting electrical issues during construction. The Electrical Engineer will also participate in project planning, prepare reports and documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices.QualificationsStrong foundation in Electrical Engineering principles, including electricity and electrical design.Proficiency in power systems and power distribution for building and infrastructure projects.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.Experience in MEP or construction projects, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.Ability to read and develop technical drawings and use relevant design and CAD software.Knowledge of international and local electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines on site.Email us at : recruitment@tmcuaq.com
