Electrical Engineer

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience to oversee, design, develop, and implement electrical systems for construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, project schedules, and quality requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, review, and supervise electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, low-current systems, and control systems.Prepare electrical drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure efficient project delivery.Monitor project execution and ensure compliance with approved designs, codes, and standards.Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.Evaluate contractor submittals, shop drawings, material requests, and technical proposals.Identify and resolve technical issues and implement effective engineering solutions.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.Prepare project progress reports and provide recommendations for improvements.Support project planning, budgeting, and cost-control activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering projects.Professional certification is an advantage.Strong knowledge of electrical design standards, regulations, and industry best practices.Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit, or equivalent.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.Required SkillsElectrical Design & EngineeringProject ManagementTechnical Review & AnalysisQuality Control & AssuranceRisk Assessment & MitigationTeamwork & CoordinationProblem SolvingCommunication & ReportingTime ManagementKnowledge of International Electrical Codes & StandardsExperience7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within real estate development.
