Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole DescriptionWe are looking for an analytical and technically minded Electrical Engineer / Quality Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and quality assurance of electrical products, systems, and processes. You will work across engineering and quality functions to ensure products meet technical specifications, safety requirements, performance standards, and applicable regulations. The role involves reviewing engineering requirements, evaluating designs, developing inspection and test plans, analyzing test results, identifying quality issues, and supporting root-cause investigations and corrective actions. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and other cross-functional teams to resolve technical and quality challenges. You will also contribute to process improvement, documentation, risk assessment, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and overall quality performance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, circuits, components, systems, and testing methods.Knowledge of quality management principles, inspection processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies.Ability to interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, specifications, standards, and engineering documentation.Familiarity with root-cause analysis and problem-solving methods such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, and CAPA.Understanding of electrical safety requirements, industry standards, testing procedures, and regulatory compliance.Ability to develop and execute inspection, testing, and validation activities and analyze technical data.Familiarity with quality tools, statistical methods, measurement systems, and quality documentation.Experience with engineering or quality software and tools; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis is a plus.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, production, quality, and supplier teams.Ability to identify risks, communicate quality concerns clearly, and recommend practical corrective and preventive actions.Professional engineering or quality-related certification is an advantage.
