Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole DescriptionWe are looking for an Electrical Engineer / Quality Engineer to support electrical engineering activities while ensuring products, systems, and processes meet established quality, safety, reliability, and performance requirements. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and other cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements, resolve quality issues, and drive continuous improvement.You will review electrical designs, specifications, drawings, test requirements, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with applicable standards and project requirements. You will support testing, inspection, validation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of electrical components, systems, and equipment.The role includes developing and maintaining quality procedures, inspection criteria, test plans, and engineering documentation. You will investigate defects and non-conformities, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, and monitor their effectiveness. You will also support supplier quality activities, production quality control, and technical evaluations where required.You will contribute to process improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data, identifying recurring issues, and recommending practical engineering solutions. You will ensure relevant activities are properly documented and support compliance with applicable electrical, safety, quality, and industry standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, circuits, components, systems, and testing methods.Knowledge of quality management principles, inspection processes, quality control, and continuous improvement.Familiarity with electrical standards, safety requirements, testing procedures, and relevant industry regulations.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.Experience with testing, troubleshooting, failure analysis, root-cause analysis, and corrective action methodologies.Familiarity with quality tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Analysis, FMEA, SPC, CAPA, and statistical analysis.Understanding of manufacturing processes, product validation, inspection, and supplier quality management.Ability to analyze technical and quality data and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.Good communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, production, quality, and supplier teams.Strong commitment to product quality, electrical safety, reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a structured, process-driven environment.
