This role is pivotal in supporting E-House Solutions across industries such as Oil & Gas (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream), Petrochemicals, and Utilities. What You’ll Lead and Deliver Execute electrical projects from concept, design, and engineering through to final delivery and handover while ensuring technical excellence and compliance with project requirements.Act as the primary technical focal point for all electrical engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.Review customer specifications, datasheets, and technical requirements and provide technical support during engineering, execution, manufacturing, testing, and commissioning phases.Coordinate and review technical design and system integration for LV and MV switchgear, transformers, UPS and DC systems, VFDs, MCCs, bus duct systems, lighting and small power systems, HVAC electrical interfaces, fire and gas and fire alarm systems, building and structural interfaces, earthing systems, and cable routing.Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, manufacturing teams, QA/QC, and project stakeholders to ensure technical compliance and timely completion of engineering and testing activities.Review vendor drawings, calculations, technical documentation, and test procedures to ensure alignment with project specifications.Coordinate, lead, and support FAT and SAT activities, including witnessing tests and ensuring resolution and closure of punch points, test observations, and technical non-conformities.Ensure compliance with project requirements, client standards, and applicable international codes and standards such as IEC, IEEE, NEC, and NFPA.Identify and resolve technical risks, design conflicts, interface issues, and testing gaps throughout the project lifecycle.Support commissioning activities, site troubleshooting, and final project handover documentation.Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives.To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering.4 – 8 years of industrial experienceProven experience in electrical system design, integration, and execution within industrial, utility, infrastructure, and oil & gas environments.Strong hands-on experience with LV/MV switchgear, transformers, UPS/DC systems, VFDs, bus duct systems, auxiliary systems, and building integration.Demonstrated exposure to Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), integrated package testing, technical inspections, and vendor coordination.Solid understanding of electrical power distribution systems and multidiscipline package integration.Working knowledge of international standards and codes, including IEC, IEEE, NFPA, and NEC.Proficiency in MS Office tools. Experience of using AutoCAD & ETAP will be an added plus.
