Electrical Expert/Team Leader

A Day in Your Life at MKS Atotech:As an Electrical Expert/Team Leader, you will be responsible to train, supervise and lead the electrical assembling team; conduct daily briefings, deliver new hire orientation and on-the-job instructions, and drive team performance on safety, quality and on-time delivery.You Will Make an Impact By:Train, supervise and lead the electrical assembling team; conduct daily briefings, deliver new hire orientation and on-the-job instructions, and drive team performance on safety, quality and on-time delivery.Execute production orders covering in-house manufacturing and on-site installation at customer premises, and ensure on-time completion & delivery of all orders.Complete all required quality inspections, implement production quality assurance measures and drive continuous quality improvement.Resolve on-site production technical issues in consultation with supervisors and the Engineering Department.Drive continuous improvement within scope of responsibility; participate in internal projects including capacity expansion, CI initiatives, quality enhancement and cost optimization.Predetermined maintenance of the machine devices and equipment in the area of responsibility.Carry out daily management activities fully in compliance with HES standards.Participate in the formulation and revision of operational safety procedures.Complete other tasks assigned by the company and supervisor.Skills You Bring:Junior college or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or related disciplines.Minimum 5 years experience in electrical assembling, at least 1 year team supervision experience is preferred.Familiar with electrical manufacturing process, assembling standards and quality control requirements. Capable of independently troubleshooting production electrical technical issues.Good communication and coordination ability; possess solid professional foundational knowledge and proficient practical skills, coupled with strong learning, analytical and adaptive capabilities, excellent customer service mindset, team spirit as well as high professional ethics and professionalism.Valid electrician license; basic English reading & writing capability.
