Apply & track with Apply EdgeJOB DESCRIPTION – ELECTRICAL FOREMANJob Title: Electrical ForemanDepartment: MEP / ElectricalIndustry: Building Construction / MEPExperience: Minimum 10 YearsLocation: UAEJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman with a strong MEP and building construction background to supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities at construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for managing site manpower, ensuring quality work, meeting project targets, and coordinating with engineers and other MEP teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily electrical installation activities at the construction site.Lead and manage electricians, technicians, and subcontractor teams.Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and specifications.Supervise installation of conduits, cable trays, cables, wiring, DBs, lighting, power systems, and other electrical services.Ensure electrical works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.Coordinate with Electrical Engineers, MEP teams, and other site disciplines.Allocate daily tasks to workers and monitor work progress.Ensure required manpower, materials, tools, and equipment are available at the work location.Monitor daily productivity and ensure assigned targets and project schedules are achieved.Identify site issues and coordinate with the Electrical Engineer for necessary solutions.Inspect completed works and ensure proper workmanship and quality standards.Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures and safe working practices.Maintain proper housekeeping at the work area.Prepare and provide daily progress updates to the Electrical Engineer.Requirements & QualificationsMinimum 10 years of relevant electrical experience.Strong MEP background with building construction experience.Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman in building construction projects.Good knowledge of electrical installation works and construction procedures.Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications.Experience in supervising electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.UAE/GCC experience is preferred.Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.Knowledge of UAE construction practices and safety requirements is an advantage.
