This is a business- and planning-facing advisory role rather than a hands-on technical design position — the consultant will advise on where and how many substations to build, plan capacity across the portfolio, and prioritize infrastructure investment, working closely with client leadership, delivery teams, and government stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Advise on substation siting, sizing, and quantity across industrial cities and technology zones at a portfolio levelDevelop electrical infrastructure master plans and capacity roadmapsConsult with authority leadership on prioritization and investment planning for infrastructure expansionEngage with tenants and facility operators as needed, at a planning levelPresent findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders (PowerPoint, Excel)Key Skills:Electrical infrastructure planning and strategy (not hands-on design execution)Substation and capacity planning for large industrial/utility portfoliosMaster-planning and infrastructure roadmap developmentStakeholder and government/authority engagementBusiness case development and investment prioritizationWorking knowledge of regulatory/utility standards (e.g., Saudi Electricity Company)Bilingual, business-fluent Arabic and EnglishRequired Qualifications:Electrical engineering background with progression into infrastructure planning, strategic consulting, or business advisory rolesProven experience advising on or leading substation and capacity planning at a portfolio or master-plan levelExtensive senior-level experience in electrical infrastructure consulting or advisory rolesStrong Arabic (mandatory) and business-fluent EnglishStrong Excel and PowerPoint proficiencyExcellent stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior leadership and government entitiesWillingness to be based on-site in Riyadh for the full contract durationIf you are interested in this opportunity, please click “Apply” to submit your application.
