Contract Duration: 3 monthsStart Date: ImmediatelyWork Mode: On-site, full-time — Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaLanguage: Arabic fluency requiredRole Overview:Our client, a leading national authority overseeing industrial cities and zones in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a senior Electrical Infrastructure Planning & Strategy Consultant to guide strategic decision-making on electrical infrastructure across its industrial cities. This is a business- and planning-facing advisory role rather than a hands-on technical design position — the consultant will advise on where and how many substations to build, plan capacity across the portfolio, and prioritize infrastructure investment, working closely with client leadership, delivery teams, and government stakeholders.Key Skills:-Senior electrical infrastructure professional (20+ years) with a background in power distribution, but currently operating at a planning, advisory or management level rather than hands-on design or site execution- Experience in electrical network master planning for large developments or industrial zones, including deciding where substations and power infrastructure should be located, how they should be phased, and what capacity they should carry- Strong grasp of demand forecasting and capacity planning, translating expected user or tenant growth into infrastructure requirements and expansion roadmaps- Familiarity with the commercial and regulatory side of power delivery, including utility coordination (e.g. SEC), connection processes, cost and investment considerations, and service level expectations- Proven ability to advise senior client stakeholders and produce decision-ready outputs (studies, recommendations, PowerPoint and Excel deliverables)-Strong Arabic (mandatory) and business-fluent EnglishIf you are interested in this opportunity, please click “Apply” to submit your application.
