Electrical / Mechanical Draughtsman (Experienced in Civil building construction) > Office Location - Abu Dhabi (Near Marina Mall ) - STRICTLY NO TO FRESHERS Description - We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Electrical and Mechanical Draughtsman with a strong background in the UAE construction industry to join our team. minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordinating MEP services in accordance with project requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare, develop, and revise detailed electrical or mechanical shop drawings using AutoCAD. Prepare and update as-built drawings to reflect actual site conditions and approved modifications. Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural, structural, and other building services drawings. Identify and resolve drawing discrepancies and potential clashes through effective MEP coordination. Interpret engineering specifications, construction drawings, and project requirements accurately. Ensure all drawings comply with applicable UAE regulations, project specifications, and relevant industry standards. Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, consultants, and other disciplines to ensure accurate and timely drawing submissions. Incorporate consultant comments, site instructions, and revisions into drawings as required. Maintain proper documentation and ensure drawings are updated in line with project progress. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience as an Electrical or Mechanical Draughtsman. Previous experience in the UAE construction industry is mandatory. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of shop drawings and as-built drawings. Good knowledge of MEP coordination, building services, and applicable industry standards.
