Electrical Operations & Maintenance Coordinator – Power

We’re Hiring | Coordinator – O&M PowerFunction: Operations & Maintenance – PowerJob Family: Engineering / Engineering TechnicianWe are looking for a Coordinator – O&M Power to support shift operations and coordinate emergency activities within the power distribution network. The role focuses on monitoring faults and interruptions, ensuring smooth shift handovers, maintaining operational records, and supporting the effective delivery of O&M activities. Coordinator OM Power (1)Key ResponsibilitiesTrack reports of malfunctions and interruptions in the power distribution network.Follow up on work handovers and pending activities between shifts.Prepare daily shift reports and submit them to the line manager.Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to power services and ensure timely follow-up.Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance activities, and system performance.Support implementation of annual operational plans.Monitor operational performance indicators and KPIs.Guide and follow up with employees to ensure assigned tasks are completed as per established procedures.Support continuous improvement of operational procedures, processes, and policies.Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving departmental and employee performance.Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, confidentiality requirements, and professional conduct.Perform additional operational assignments as directed by the line manager. Coordinator OM Power (1)Candidate RequirementsTechnical High School qualification.0–4 years of experience in power-industry operations and maintenance or a related field.Good problem-solving ability to address technical issues and support system performance.Strong verbal and written communication skills.English required.Arabic required.
