The role will be responsible for the supervision, inspection, testing, technical review, and coordination of electrical works on residential buildings and villa projects.The successful candidate will have strong construction and consultancy supervision experience, with a solid understanding of electrical systems and proven proficiency in BIM-related applications.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and inspect electrical works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.Conduct inspections and testing of electrical installations and ensure works meet the required quality standards.Review and coordinate electrical designs and technical submissions with the project team and contractors.Carry out technical reviews for:LV and MV systemsLighting systemsUPS systemsGeneratorsTransformersFire alarm systemsELV systemsBuilding Management Systems (BMS)Other associated electrical systemsCoordinate electrical works with other disciplines to ensure proper integration and avoid clashes during construction.Review technical documents, drawings, and relevant contractor submissions.Monitor site progress and ensure electrical works are executed in accordance with the approved project requirements.Identify technical issues during construction and coordinate with the relevant parties to ensure timely resolution.Support testing, inspection, and commissioning activities for electrical systems.Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, technical reviews, and site activities.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders throughout the construction process.Ensure electrical works are delivered in accordance with the required quality and project standards.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and consultancy supervision.Proven experience working on residential buildings and villa projects.Strong experience in electrical site supervision, inspection, testing, and technical coordination.Good knowledge of LV/MV, lighting, UPS, generators, transformers, fire alarm, ELV, and BMS systems.Strong coordination and technical review skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Good knowledge of construction processes and site requirements.Software & BIM RequirementsStrong proficiency in Revit.Good understanding and practical experience with BIM workflows.Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or an equivalent application is mandatory.Key SkillsElectrical Site SupervisionElectrical Inspection & TestingLV/MV SystemsLighting SystemsUPS & Generator SystemsTransformersFire Alarm & ELV SystemsBuilding Management SystemsTechnical ReviewContractor CoordinationBIM CoordinationRevitAutodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)Construction & Consultancy Supervision
