Electrical Site Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Job Summary:The Electrical Engineer designs, maintains, and optimizes electrical systems for power generation and distribution. The role ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards, manage projects, and implement energy-efficient solutions to improve system performance and reliability.Job Responsibilities:Create and develop electrical systems for energy generation, transmission, and distribution.Oversee regular maintenance and repairs of electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance.Ensure that all electrical systems and practices meet industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.Plan, execute, and manage projects related to electrical system upgrades or installations.Analyze and implement strategies to enhance energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.Diagnose and resolve electrical issues and faults in existing systems.Develop and enforce safety procedures to protect personnel and equipment.Provide expert advice and support to other departments on electrical design and system integration.Research and apply new technologies and methods to improve system reliability and performance.Maintain accurate records of designs, installations, inspections, and maintenance activities.Job Skills:In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.Education and Experience:Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply!Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field
