Electrical Supervisor – Production (Generators)Location: Saudi Arabia - RiyadhWe are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical assembly, wiring, and testing activities within our generator production team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise electrical assembly and wiring of generator sets, control panels, and associated systems.Plan daily activities and allocate tasks to meet production schedules.Ensure work complies with electrical drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.Oversee electrical testing and troubleshoot faults during assembly and testing.Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve technical issues.Guide and train electrical technicians while ensuring compliance with safety procedures.Monitor production progress and prepare reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.4–8 years of relevant experience in generator production or manufacturing.Previous experience supervising electrical technicians.Strong knowledge of generator electrical systems, control panels, wiring, and testing.Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
