Position Title: ElectricianEmployment Type: Full-TimeBenefits: free company accommodation, free transpo, paid OT, airline tickets and other as per UAE labor lawJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Hiring Company:A well-established facilities management in Dubai, specializing in property maintenance and MEP services.Job Description:Diagnose and repair electrical faults, power failures, short circuits, tripping issues, and defective components.Install and maintain lighting systems, switches, sockets, isolators, distribution boards, circuit breakers, and related electrical accessories.Inspect electrical panels, DBs, wiring, cables, earthing systems, and protective devices.Carry out cable pulling, termination, rewiring, containment, and minor electrical installation works using proper equipment such as multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers, and other diagnostic tools.Qualifications:Should have ITI, Diploma, or Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, or a related trade.Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as an Electrician, preferably within facilities management, property maintenance, hospitality, or building maintenance.Practical experience with distribution boards, circuit breakers, lighting, wiring, sockets, electrical panels, and fault findingGood knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
