FOUNDING NEURODIAGNOSTIC TECHNOLOGIST / OPERATING PARTNERPembroke Pines, FloridaI am developing a new outpatient neurodiagnostic center in Pembroke Pines, FL, with an initial focus on providing timely, high-quality neurological diagnostic testing.The initial services are expected to include:

• Routine EEG
• Ambulatory EEG (24–72+ hours)
• EMG/Nerve Conduction Studies
• Additional neurodiagnostic services as the company growsI am providing the initial capital and leading the business development, facility, administrative, and growth strategy. Rather than simply hiring an EEG technologist, however, I am interested in finding an experienced neurodiagnostic professional who has the entrepreneurial mindset to help build the company from the ground up and potentially become an equity-owning operating partner.Who I'm Looking ForIdeally, you are an experienced EEG/neurodiagnostic technologist with:
• R.EEG T. credential preferred
• 5+ years of EEG/neurodiagnostic experience
• Routine EEG experience
• Ambulatory EEG and/or long-term monitoring experience
• Strong understanding of electrode application, acquisition, artifact recognition, and technical quality
• Experience with EEG equipment and software platforms
• Familiarity with remote physician interpretation workflows
• Understanding of EEG laboratory protocols and quality assurance
• Leadership, supervisory, or EEG lab management experience strongly preferredExperience helping open, manage, or expand a neurodiagnostic laboratory would be especially valuable.This Is Different From a Traditional EEG PositionI am looking for someone who wants to participate in building the operation—not simply perform studies.The right person would help with:
• Selecting EEG and ambulatory EEG equipment
• Designing clinical workflows
• Establishing technical protocols and quality standards
• Setting up remote neurologist interpretation workflows
• Evaluating software and data-storage solutions
• Developing supply and equipment requirements
• Recruiting and training future technologists
