Apply & track with Apply EdgePosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled, responsible, and customer-oriented Electronic Accessories Sales Supervisor / Electronics Repair Assistant to supervise daily electronics accessory sales operations while assisting with basic inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of electronic devices and accessories. The ideal candidate will have good product knowledge, practical technical skills, strong customer service abilities, and the ability to maintain high standards of sales performance, product quality, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily electronic accessories shop and sales operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.Supervise sales staff and coordinate daily work assignments, customer service, sales activities, stock handling, and sales targets.Promote and sell electronic accessories such as chargers, cables, adapters, power banks, earphones, headphones, phone accessories, computer accessories, connectors, and related products.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electronic accessories based on device compatibility, specifications, usage, and budget.Provide customers with accurate information regarding product features, specifications, compatibility, pricing, warranty, and usage.Prepare quotations, sales orders, product information, and follow up on customer enquiries and sales opportunities.Monitor daily sales performance, stock levels, product movement, and customer satisfaction.Conduct product demonstrations and explain proper use, installation, charging, connection, and basic maintenance where required.Inspect electronic accessories and devices for visible damage, defects, compatibility issues, and basic functional problems.Assist technicians with basic troubleshooting, testing, cleaning, disassembly, assembly, and repair of electronic devices and accessories.Use appropriate hand tools, multimeters, testing equipment, soldering tools, and other basic repair equipment when required.Assist with replacement of basic components such as cables, connectors, batteries, switches, ports, plugs, and other replaceable parts under supervision.Perform basic functional testing after repair or replacement to ensure the device or accessory operates correctly.Identify and report technical faults, damaged products, recurring issues, and safety concerns.Maintain accurate sales records, repair records, customer information, warranty records, inventory records, and product returns.Check incoming stock against delivery documents and inspect products for quantity, model, specifications, packaging, and visible damage.Maintain proper stock levels and ensure products are correctly labeled, displayed, stored, and organized.Coordinate with suppliers, technicians, customers, warehouse staff, and other departments regarding product orders, repairs, warranty claims, and replacements.Handle customer enquiries, complaints, returns, exchanges, warranty matters, and after-sales service professionally.Ensure electronic devices, accessories, tools, testing equipment, and work areas are handled and maintained safely.Train and guide sales staff on product knowledge, customer service, product compatibility, sales procedures, and basic technical information.Monitor product quality, sales performance, repair turnaround time, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.Identify opportunities to improve sales performance, product presentation, repair efficiency, customer service, and inventory management.Requirements & QualificationsPrevious experience as an Electronic Accessories Sales Supervisor, Electronics Sales Assistant, Electronics Repair Assistant, Electronics Technician Assistant, Mobile Phone Accessories Salesperson, or similar role.Experience in electronics retail, mobile phone accessories, computer accessories, consumer electronics, electronics repair, or related industries would be an advantage.Good knowledge of electronic accessories, cables, chargers, adapters, connectors, batteries, power supplies, and common consumer electronic products.Basic knowledge of electronic circuits, components, voltage, current, polarity, connectivity, and device compatibility.Hands-on experience with basic electronics testing, troubleshooting, disassembly, assembly, cleaning, or repair would be an advantage.Ability to use basic tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, soldering tools, multimeters, and electronic testing equipment.Strong attention to detail when checking product specifications, compatibility, defects, and repair results.Good sales, communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and practical technical skills.Ability to explain technical product information clearly to customers and sales staff.Ability to supervise and coordinate sales staff effectively.Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods and handling electronic products and stock.Reliable, responsible, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced retail and repair environment.Good computer skills and ability to maintain sales, inventory, customer, and repair records.Relevant electronics, electrical, IT, technical, or repair certification would be an advantage.Ability to work weekends, public holidays, or extended hours when required.Fluent English required; additional languages would be an advantage.
