The organization is driven by a clear purpose: to help people live healthier lives today and in the future.This full-time, on-site Electronic Engineer role is based in VISIP 2 Binh Duong, Vietnam. The Electronic Engineer will focus primarily on failure analysis related to electronic products, components, and manufacturing processes for healthcare devices. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting electronic issues, conducting root-cause analysis, and using oscilloscopes and other diagnostic tools to analyze signals and circuit behavior. The role also involves testing and validating electronic assemblies, supporting continuous process improvement, and preparing technical reports on failure modes. The Electronic Engineer will work closely with manufacturing, quality, and R&D teams to prevent defect recurrence and maintain high product standards.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.Core Skills: Strong foundation in Electronic/Electrical Engineering with expertise in failure analysis (product and process).Tool Proficiency: Proven ability to use an oscilloscope and diagnostic tools for signal and circuit analysis.Testing & Troubleshooting: Advanced skills in circuit testing, hardware debugging, and validation.Industry Experience: Relevant experience in medical devices, consumer electronics, or related fields is highly beneficial.Standards & Docs: Ability to read technical documentation and apply international safety and quality standards.Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
