Electronics & Device Support Technician We are looking for a hands-on and technically minded Electronics & Device Support Technician to join our team and support the servicing, testing, and fulfilment of small electronic devices, including GPS tracking devices.Key Responsibilities: Perform firmware updates and device programming Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and device-related issues Perform basic hardware repairs and component replacement Solder and desolder electronic components when required Test and verify devices before shipment Prepare, configure, and package devices for fulfilment Manage incoming and outgoing shipments Prepare shipping documentation and track deliveries Maintain accurate records of serviced, tested, and shipped devices Identify recurring hardware or firmware issues and report them to the technical team Follow established procedures for device testing, servicing, and quality controlRequirements: Previous experience working with electronic devices or hardware Basic knowledge of electronics and troubleshooting Hands-on soldering experience Experience with firmware updates and device programming is a plus Good technical and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with small electronic components and tools Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Basic computer skills Good English communication skillsNice to Have: Experience with GPS trackers, IoT devices, embedded systems, or similar electronics Experience with serial communication, device flashing, or debugging tools Experience with shipping, fulfilment, or inventory management Basic understanding of embedded hardware/software
