Electronics Design & PCB Development Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLEHard Shell is seeking an experienced Electronics Design & PCB Development Engineer to support the end-to-end development of electronic products, including circuit design, PCB layout, simulation, prototyping, testing, and validation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign analog and digital circuits and develop detailed schematics.Design and develop multi-layer PCBs, including high-speed, RF, and power circuits.Ensure proper component selection, placement, routing, signal integrity, grounding, shielding, and impedance control.Perform SI/PI, thermal, and EMI/EMC analysis and optimize designs.Generate manufacturing documentation, including BOM, Gerber files, drill files, and stack-up details.Support prototype bring-up, debugging, testing, validation, and failure analysis.Coordinate with mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, PCB fabrication, and SMT assembly teams.Maintain accurate design documentation and participate in design reviews.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSBachelor's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electronics and PCB design.Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.Hands-on experience with Altium Designer, KiCad, or Eagle.Understanding of high-speed PCB design, signal integrity, EMI/EMC, and thermal management.Familiarity with simulation tools such as LTspice, HyperLynx, or Ansys.Knowledge of PCB fabrication and SMT manufacturing processes.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in high-speed or RF PCB design.Knowledge of IPC standards.Exposure to embedded systems and microcontrollers.Experience in defense, automotive, or industrial electronics.WHY JOIN US?Work on advanced electronics and defense technologies, contribute to end-to-end product development, and help build next-generation solutions for the global defense and security industry.HOW TO APPLYSend your CV to accounts@hardshell.aeLearn more: www.hardshell.aePhone: +971 50 854 1438
