Our technology enables businesses to transport temperature-sensitive goods more efficiently while reducing operating costs and environmental impact.We are expanding rapidly across sectors including dairy, fresh produce, pharmaceuticals, and other temperature-sensitive supply chains.About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Electronics Hardware Engineer to help build the electronic core of India's first electric refrigeration units for cold logistics. You'll own hardware from architecture to production - microcontrollers, power electronics, sensors, batteries, and communication systems - designed to survive the harshest, most demanding conditions on the road.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect electronic systems spanning microcontrollers, power electronics, sensors, batteries, IoT devices, and HMIs.Make the core architecture calls, microcontroller selection, power supply design, PCB layout, signal integrity, communication protocols, EMC/EMI handling, and protection circuitry.Build hardware for power distribution, sensing, actuator interfacing, and control systems that meet strict reliability and safety bars.Work closely with Embedded Software, Controls, and Refrigeration teams to turn product behavior into hardware reality.Take ownership from requirements capture through schematic design, using tools like Altium Designer.Prototype, test, debug, and refine hardware through multiple iterations.Lead the transition from working prototype to scaled, manufacturable production.Set system-level engineering goals and timelines, and drive them to completion.What We're Looking ForCore Skills0 - 4 years of hands-on experience with ARM-based microcontrollers, preferably STM32.Working knowledge of communication protocols like UART, CAN, RS232, USB, and Ethernet.Solid grasp of core components - MOSFETs, diodes, capacitors, inductors, regulators, and protection circuits.Practical experience with schematic design, PCB layout, and hardware debugging.Awareness of DFX principles (DFM, DFA, etc.).A builder's mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and the pace of an early-stage startup.Preferred SkillsExposure to FMEA, fail-safe, and fault-tolerant design practices.Experience with EMI/EMC design, testing, and mitigation.Familiarity with automotive or reliability standards such as ISO 16750, AIS-004, or MIL-STD.EducationBachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Master's degree is a plus.Why Join Yotuh Energy?Work directly with founders and senior leadership.Build hardware for a category that doesn't exist in India yet and define how it's done.Contribute to solutions that impact food security, healthcare logistics, and sustainability at scale.High ownership, steep learning curve, real growth as the company scales.Competitive compensation based on experience and impact.
