Job description:Dubai Market Buyer for Nology Store:About the Role Nology Store is looking for a sharp, active, and market driven Electronics Sourcing Executive based in Dubai. This role is for someone who enjoys being in the market, meeting suppliers, finding good products, comparing prices, and discovering opportunities before others do. The person will work from one of Al Waha Cars showrooms in Dubai, under Al Waha Group, the group behind Nology Store. From there, he will support Nology’s buying team by sourcing electronics, gadgets, accessories, and other products from the UAE market.

Main Responsibilities

1. Visit electronics markets, wholesale areas, shops, and supplier locations across Dubai. 2. Discover new suppliers from different market levels, including small shops, traders, and larger distributors. 3. Search for products that are difficult to find in Qatar or not available at the right price. 4. Source electronics, mobile accessories, gadgets, gaming items, smart devices, small appliances, and trending tech products. 5. Collect prices, stock availability, supplier details, delivery options, and basic product information. 6. Compare supplier prices and help Nology get the best buying cost. 7. Build strong relationships with UAE suppliers and traders. 8. Negotiate better prices, better terms, and better supply options. 9. Share regular market updates with the Nology team, including product photos, prices, and supplier notes. 10. Support urgent product requests from Nology Qatar when needed. 11. Check product quality, packaging, warranty, and authenticity before recommending purchases. 12. Follow up with suppliers until orders are confirmed, prepared, and ready for collection or shipping. 13. Keep a clear supplier database with contact details, categories, price lists, and notes. 14. Track new market trends and report products that Nology should consider before competitors.Who Will Succeed in This Role :This role is for someone who loves the market, understands electronics, enjoys finding deals, and knows how to talk to suppliers. We do not need someone who only waits for requests. We need someone who hunts, discovers, compares, negotiates, and brings real opportunities to the table. A successful person in this role will become the eyes and ears of Nology Store in the Dubai electronics market. The goal is simple: Find better products, better suppliers, and better prices for Nology Store.
