Electronics Test Supervisor📍 Fremont, CA | 💼 Full-Time | 💰 $90,000-$110,000We are seeking a highly motivated Test Supervisor to lead and oversee testing operations for advanced RF and microwave systems, including Traveling Wave Tube Amplifiers (TWTAs). This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise to make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll DoLeadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of test technicians and engineersEnsure adherence to safety protocols and testing proceduresProvide technical guidance, training, and performance feedback Testing Operations Oversee RF, electrical, and thermal testing of RF/microwave productsAnalyze test data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure product performance meets specificationsDevelop and manage testing schedules to support production timelines Process Improvement Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and toolsCollaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve design and production issuesMaintain and improve test documentation, procedures, and reporting What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (required)5+ years of experience testing RF/microwave systems (TWTA experience a plus)Strong knowledge of RF principles, high-voltage systems, and power suppliesProven leadership experience in a technical or manufacturing environmentHands-on experience with spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and network analyzersStrong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsFamiliarity with industry standards (MIL-STD, ISO) Compensation & Benefits Salary: $90,000 - $110,000Competitive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO)Opportunity to lead critical testing operations in a growing RF-focused businessAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
