This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the elementary curriculum, aligning instructional practices with the school’s American, Montessori, and STEAM frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting teachers with lesson planning, coordinating assessments, monitoring student progress, and ensuring academic standards are met. The coordinator will facilitate professional development, provide academic advising to staff, and collaborate with leadership to enhance teaching strategies and educational programs. The role also involves fostering clear communication among teachers, families, and administrators to maintain a cohesive and supportive learning environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong foundations in Education and experience working within elementary school settings.Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development and program planning aligned with American, Montessori, or STEAM approaches.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with teachers, students, and families.Candidates should possess experience in Academic Advising and guidance to support instructional quality and student achievement.Candidates should possess Research skills to evaluate educational practices, analyze data, and inform curriculum improvements.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education or a related field are preferred.Demonstrated leadership ability, organizational skills, and experience in teacher coaching are highly beneficial.Familiarity with American curriculum standards, Montessori principles, and STEAM integration is an advantage.
