Teachers who help build it will be first in line for senior roles as we grow.The RoleYou will be the class teacher for a Lower Primary group covering Grades 1 to 3, responsible for daily instruction across core subjects and for the academic and emotional progress of every child in your room. Our Lower Primary programme carries Montessori principles of independence and inquiry forward into a structured primary curriculum.What You'll DoPlan and teach English, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies to your classDesign lessons that work for a range of learning speeds within one classroomAssess continuously through observation, classwork and periodic testing, and adapt your teaching accordinglyManage classroom behaviour with structure and consistencyHold parent-teacher meetings and write clear, useful progress reportsSupport children moving up from our Montessori sectionWork with the academic team to refine and document curriculum for use across branchesWho We're Looking ForThis role calls for a teacher who has already run a classroom.
