The teacher will plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons aligned with ISK’s curriculum and international standards. Daily responsibilities include creating supportive classroom environments, differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs, and integrating thematic units that promote inquiry and critical thinking. The role involves regular communication with students, families, and colleagues, participation in grade-level and faculty meetings, and contribution to school-wide initiatives and extracurricular activities. The teacher will also monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Teaching and Elementary Education, with experience working with primary-aged learners in a classroom setting.Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development and Education, including the ability to design, adapt, and implement inquiry-based, standards-aligned learning experiences.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear instructional communication, collaborative teamwork, and constructive engagement with families.Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification or licensure is strongly preferred.Experience in international or bilingual schools, familiarity with inquiry-based or IB-style curricula, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment are beneficial.Demonstrated classroom management skills, commitment to student well-being, and willingness to participate in ongoing professional development are highly valued.
