Eloise & Bar Cart - Floor Manager

Eloise is looking for an experienced and hospitality-driven Floor Manager to join our leadership team.We’re looking for someone who loves being on the floor, understands what great hospitality feels like, and knows how to lead a team through a busy service. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example, builds relationships with guests and staff, and takes pride in the details that make a restaurant run well.What You’ll DoLead and support the front-of-house team during serviceMaintain a strong presence on the floor and ensure guests are well looked afterCoach and develop servers, bartenders and support staffHelp manage the flow and pacing of serviceHandle guest concerns with confidence, professionalism and genuine hospitalitySupport opening and closing proceduresEnsure service standards and restaurant policies are consistently followedWork closely with the General Manager and culinary teamHelp create a positive, accountable and team-focused work environmentWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious restaurant management or supervisory experienceStrong understanding of full-service restaurant operationsA genuine passion for hospitality and taking care of peopleConfident, calm and organized during busy servicesStrong communication and leadership skillsSomeone who isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever neededHigh standards, a strong work ethic and a team-first mentalityAt Eloise, we believe great restaurants are built on Hospitality, Work Ethic, Teamwork and Empathy.
