ELV Passive Infrastructure Senior Engineer

Overview / Job PurposeWe are looking for an experienced ELV Passive Infrastructure Senior Engineer to oversee the design coordination, installation, testing and execution of structured cabling and passive ICT infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.The role requires strong technical knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling systems, data center infrastructure and ELV installations, along with effective site supervision and project coordination skills.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the installation, testing, commissioning and execution of ELV passive infrastructure systems.Coordinate structured cabling designs, including fiber optic and copper networks, in line with project requirements.Oversee MDF, IDF, Meet-Me Rooms (MMR), data center cabling and associated passive infrastructure.Review shop drawings, as-built drawings, BIM models, technical submittals and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).Work closely with CAD, BIM and Revit teams to ensure accurate drawings and coordinated designs.Supervise site engineers, technicians, subcontractors and daily installation activities to meet project schedules.Coordinate with civil, electrical and MEP teams on cable pathways, containment systems and infrastructure requirements.Conduct site surveys, inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards and HSE requirements.Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues and support timely project delivery.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ELV passive infrastructure, structured cabling or ICT infrastructure projects.Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering or a related discipline.Industry Exposure: Proven experience working on large-scale construction, ICT or ELV infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of fibre optic networks, copper cabling, MDF/IDF infrastructure, data centre cabling and cable containment systems.Design Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD, with working knowledge of Revit, BIM coordination and technical drawing reviews.Standards & Testing: Familiarity with TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC and BICSI standards, along with fibre optic and copper cabling testing procedures.Leadership & Coordination: Ability to manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors and communicate effectively with consultants and clients.Certification: BICSI RCDD certification is highly preferred but not mandatory.Join Our Team“Lead the future, start with the best.”Join Mannai and contribute to delivering reliable, high-quality ICT and ELV infrastructure solutions across Saudi Arabia.
