ELV Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager – Smart CitiesLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite)Employment Type: Full-timeRole PurposeResponsible for managing the delivery of Smart City, Smart Port, ITS, ICT, OT, and Digital Infrastructure projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, commissioning, and handover.Coordinate with clients, government entities, consultants, contractors, and technology vendors.Manage project schedules, risks, budgets, change control, and stakeholder communication.Administer contracts, including FIDIC, procurement, and vendor management.Oversee system integration, testing, and implementation activities.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, ICT, Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or Information Technology.5–8 years of project management experience delivering Smart City, Smart Port, ITS, ICT, OT, Smart Solutions, or Digital Infrastructure projects.Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, system integration, testing, commissioning, and handover.Hands-on experience with IoT, SCADA, CCTV, Access Control, AI/Video Analytics, GIS, Digital Twins, ICT Networks, Fiber Optic & Wireless Communication, Integrated Command & Control Centers (ICCC), and OT/IT Convergence.Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors, technology vendors, consultants, and government stakeholders.UAE experience delivering projects for government entities, ports, airports, municipalities, or major infrastructure developments is highly preferred.Experience with Port Community Systems (PCS), Terminal Operating Systems (TOS), Customs & Immigration integration, and Intelligent Surveillance platforms is an added advantage.Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, procurement, vendor management, project scheduling, risk management, and change control.Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, BIM platforms, and project reporting tools.
