Email Marketing Specialist

Email Marketing & Automation SpecialistWinProFX is looking for a hands-on Email Marketing & Automation Specialist who can independently manage the complete email marketing process — from strategy and funnel creation to content, design, automation, execution and performance analysis.What You’ll DoDevelop email marketing strategies and campaign plans aligned with business objectives.Build email funnels and customer journeys for lead nurturing, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and reactivation.Create automated email sequences and workflows.Write engaging, conversion-focused email content, subject lines and CTAs.Design professional, responsive email templates.Build and edit HTML/CSS email templates.Set up, schedule and execute campaigns.Segment databases based on customer behaviour, interests and lifecycle stage.Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimise campaigns.Monitor deliverability and analyse campaign KPIs including open rates, CTR, conversions and unsubscribes.Maintain database hygiene and support client retention/reactivation initiatives.Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.Research competitors and industry trends to identify new email marketing opportunities.What We’re Looking For2–4 years of hands-on email marketing experience.Proven experience building and managing complete email funnels and automated customer journeys.Strong email copywriting, design and HTML/CSS skills.Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, automation and campaign optimisation.Ability to independently plan → create → design → build → automate → launch → analyse → optimise campaigns.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Experience with Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign or similar platforms.Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Photoshop or similar design tools.Experience in Forex/CFD, fintech, trading or financial services is an advantage.This Is a Hands-On RoleWe are looking for someone who can take a requirement such as:“We need to reactivate inactive clients.”…and independently develop the strategy, create the funnel and email sequence, write the copy, design the emails, code the HTML, set up the automation, launch the campaign, analyse the results and optimise performance.This is not a campaign coordination role.
