Location: Teluk Gadong Besar, KlangJob SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and hands-on Embedded Systems & Electronics Engineer to support the research, development, integration, and testing of our next-generation electronic equipment.This role combines electronics, embedded systems, programming, PCB development, PLC/control systems, and hardware-software integration.

The successful candidate will be involved in developing and integrating microcontrollers, Raspberry Pi-based systems, PLCs, sensors, motors, electronic circuits, communication interfaces, and machine control systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic circuits and embedded control systems.Work with microcontrollers (MCUs), Raspberry Pi, PLCs, sensors, motors, motor drivers, and other electronic components.Develop and modify embedded applications using C/C++ and other relevant programming languages.Develop control logic for motors, pumps, sensors, alarms, safety functions, and machine operating sequences.Interface and integrate hardware, software, sensors, actuators, and control systems into a complete working system.Work with GPIO, PWM, ADC, timers, interrupts, and digital/analog I/O.Work with communication interfaces and protocols such as UART, RS-232, RS-485, Modbus, I²C, and SPI.Assist with PLC programming, I/O configuration, machine control logic, and PLC/HMI integration.Support Linux/Raspberry Pi-based machine applications and HMI/graphical user interface development.Assist with PCB schematic design, component selection, PCB layout, prototyping, assembly, and testing.Read and understand electronic schematics, datasheets, pinouts, PCB drawings, and technical documentation.Perform wiring, soldering, prototyping, signal testing, and hardware modifications.Program, compile, flash, debug, and test embedded systems.Troubleshoot hardware, software, communication, PCB, PLC, and system integration issues.Conduct prototype, functional, performance, and reliability testing.Prepare technical documentation, wiring diagrams, test results, and development records.Requirements-EducationDegree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related engineering field.ExperiencePreferably 1–3 years of relevant experience in electronics, embedded systems, product development, automation, control systems, PCB development, or hardware-software integration.Fresh graduates with strong hands-on electronics and programming skills are encouraged to apply.Technical CompetenciesGood understanding of electronic circuits, digital and analog electronics, sensors, instrumentation, and control systems.Knowledge of C and/or C++ programming.Knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded systems.Experience or exposure to ARM-based MCUs such as STM32, TIVA, or equivalent is an advantage.Knowledge of Raspberry Pi and Linux-based systems is an advantage.Understanding of GPIO, PWM, ADC, timers, interrupts, and hardware interfacing.Knowledge of motors, motor drivers, sensors, actuators, relays, and control devices.Knowledge or practical exposure to PLC programming, Ladder Logic, digital/analog I/O, and PLC-HMI integration.Familiarity with PLC platforms such as Delta, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, or equivalent is an advantage.Understanding of communication protocols such as UART, RS-232, RS-485, Modbus, I²C, and SPI.Knowledge or practical exposure to PCB schematic design, component selection, PCB layout, prototyping, soldering, testing, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, EasyEDA, Eagle, or equivalent is an advantage.Knowledge of Python, Qt, GUI/HMI development, or Git is an added advantage.Proficiency in relevant engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Altium Designer, or MATLAB is an added advantage.Familiarity with electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.Ability to troubleshoot and identify issues across electronics, PCB, software, PLC, communication, wiring, and system integration.
