We work across IoT, embedded hardware, and software systems, collaborating with global partners to deliver innovative products.Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Embedded Systems R&D Test Engineer to design, develop, test, and optimize embedded systems for IoT and smart hardware solutions. The ideal candidate will be involved in end-to-end product development, from concept and prototyping to testing and deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and debug embedded firmware for microcontrollers and microprocessorsWork on R&D initiatives to evaluate new technologies, components, and architecturesDevelop low-level drivers, middleware, and application firmwareInterface embedded systems with sensors, actuators, and communication modulesImplement and optimize communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, MQTT, etc.)Collaborate with hardware, software, and product teams for system integrationConduct testing, validation, and performance optimization of embedded solutionsPrepare technical documentation, design specifications, and test reportsSupport prototype development, field testing, and production handoverRequired Skills, Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fieldMaximum 2 years of professional experience in embedded systems R&D(QA).Strong experience in embedded C/C++ programmingHands-on experience with microcontrollers (ARM Cortex-M, ESP32, STM32, AVR, etc.)Understanding of RTOS concepts and real-time systemsExperience with debugging tools (JTAG, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes)Knowledge of embedded system architecture and hardware-software integrationFamiliarity with version control systems (Git)Preferred SkillsExperience with IoT platforms and wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, BLE, LoRa, Zigbee)Exposure to Linux-based embedded systemsExperience in power optimization and low-power designKnowledge of PCB schematics and basic hardware design reviewPrior experience in R&D or product development environmentsSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teamsGood communication and documentation skillsCuriosity and passion for innovation and researchWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on cutting-edge IoT and smart systemsCollaborative and innovation-driven work environmentProfessional growth and learning opportunitiesCompetitive salary and benefits
