Position : EmbryologistLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-Time | ExpatriateDepartment: Para Medical / Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART)Key ResponsibilitiesPerform IVF, ICSI, embryo biopsy, embryo transfer support, and cryopreservation procedures.Process and evaluate oocytes, sperm, and embryos according to established protocols.Monitor embryo development and maintain accurate laboratory documentation.Ensure compliance with laboratory quality control and quality assurance standards.Operate, calibrate, and maintain specialized embryology laboratory equipment.Collaborate closely with fertility consultants, nurses, and laboratory professionals.Maintain aseptic techniques and laboratory safety protocols.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within the ART laboratory.Participate in laboratory audits, accreditation activities, and regulatory compliance requirements.Support clinical research and implementation of advanced reproductive technologies.Key Requirements:EducationBachelor's Degree in:Medical Laboratory ScienceApplied ScienceBiologyMedical ScienceHuman Embryology or related fieldDHA Valid License HolderExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in Embryology and/or Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) laboratory.Hands-on experience with IVF and ICSI procedures.Experience in embryo culture and cryopreservation techniques.Familiarity with laboratory quality management systems.
