You'll play a central part in expanding our Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) business across EMEA, working with customers, distributors and global engineering teams to deliver innovative coding and marking solutions. Your expertise will directly influence customer adoption, application success and the future growth of our CIJ portfolio.The RoleAs the EMEA CIJ & Industrial Printing Application Engineer, you will be the technical authority supporting customer applications from installation through optimisation and ongoing support across our industrial printing portfolio.You'll provide advanced technical support, lead complex troubleshooting and product validation, deliver technical training, and work closely with Engineering, Sales and Service teams to ensure customers achieve maximum reliability and performance.Beyond technical excellence, you'll help drive the commercial success of our CIJ business by supporting customer evaluations, enabling channel partners, identifying new application opportunities and providing valuable market and technical feedback that shapes future products and services.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert technical support for CIJ and industrial printing solutions across EMEA.Lead complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis and customer escalations.Support installation, commissioning and optimisation of customer applications.Deliver technical training for customers, distributors and service partners.Validate new products, software releases and customer applications.Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations and Sales to improve products and customer experience.Identify application opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of our CIJ business.About You5+ years' experience supporting Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) or industrial printing technologies.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills across hardware, software and applications.Experience working within manufacturing or production environments.Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.Fluent English plus at least one additional European language.Willingness to travel across the EMEA region.
