Emergency Department Nurse Manager

Community hospital looking to bring on Emergency Department Nurse Manager! Relocation!50+ bed unit seeing 49,000 patients annually. Primary stroke center and cardiac referral center. Leader to oversee daily operations, support a collaborative team, and drive excellence in patient care. Leadership team consists of (2) Assistant Nurse Managers, Reporting to the Director, a Lead Emergency Room Technician and (2) Educators. Will oversee approximately 98 FTEs.

Qualifications

Current Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license (or eligibility to obtain one).Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.3–5 years of nursing experience, with demonstrated leadership skills preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking abilities.
