Our Duty Medical Officers ensure 24/7 clinical readiness, rapid triage, and continuum-of-care coordination—with a strong focus on patient safety, protocol adherence, and clinical excellence under high-pressure environments.Role & ResponsibilitiesDeliver immediate, high-quality emergency care for acute medical, trauma, and occupational health cases at assigned on-site locationsConduct triage, stabilize, and refer patients according to standard emergency protocols (ATLS, ACLS, PALS where applicable)Manage and maintain emergency equipment, medications, and clinical records in compliance with national health regulationsCollaborate with EMS, hospital emergency departments, and corporate HR for seamless patient handoffs and follow-upTrain and supervise nursing/paramedic staff during shifts to ensure consistent clinical standards and patient safetyDocument all cases accurately in digital/EMR systems and submit incident reports for QA and compliance auditsSkills & QualificationsMust-HaveMBBS with valid NMC registrationACLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)At least 2 year of post-qualification experience in ER, ICU, or emergency field settingsProficient in managing trauma, cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, and occupational injuriesExperience with basic life support, suturing, IV access, and emergency drug administrationComfortable working independently in non-hospital, on-site environments under pressurePreferredATLS or PALS certificationPrevious corporate/industrial onsite medical experienceFamiliarity with digital EMR systems and teleconsultation protocolsBenefits & Culture HighlightsCompetitive salary + shift allowances + medical insurance for you and familyStructured career path with access to emergency medicine training and certificationsHigh-impact role with autonomy, respect, and direct patient impact—no red tapeSkills: acute,emergency,patient safety
